Shipping policy

At Sparkle Fine Jewellery, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping so clients everywhere can enjoy our handcrafted jewellery. All shipping costs are paid by the client, including return shipping in the event of a return or exchange. We use insured FedEx shipping to most countries to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and securely. 


Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your 
country’s regulations. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the client. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate, pay, or bill you for these charges in advance. 


We will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on information from our shipping provider. Please understand that this date is an estimate only, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by FedEx, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control, either in Singapore or at the destination country. 


A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your item. Once our shipping provider confirms delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled and delivered. After this point, Sparkle Fine Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is secure and accessible. 


All international shipments are fully insured for loss or damage during transit. This insurance provides peace of mind that your jewellery is protected from dispatch until delivery is confirmed. In the unlikely event of a loss or damage before delivery, we will work closely with our shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.
